Cancellation of Services

If you decide to cancel our services, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the terms of your contract. We will provide you with a pro-rated refund for any unused services if you cancel before the end of the contract term. If you cancel after the end of the contract term, no refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be processed in the same form of payment that was used to make the original payment.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for any services that have already been provided or for any services that are non-refundable as outlined in your contract. We also do not offer refunds for any third-party fees or expenses incurred on your behalf.
